Itinerary

Day 01 : Manali to Sarchu/Jispa/Kyelong

After an early breakfast drive to Sarchu, the mid point between Himachal(Manali) & Ladakh. You will driving via the Rohtang pass, Darcha, Barachala pass (4670m) and then reach to Sarchu. Overnight camp at Sarchu.

Day 02 : Sarchu/Jispa/Kyelong to Leh

Start the day again, after breakfast drive to Leh for crossing Lachungla pass (5150M) and then still further Taglangla pass (5303M) and then reach to Upshi, where there is Police check post, stop for  a tea break and  relax for sometime. After driving long the Indus river you will reach to Leh, the capital town of Ladakh. Overnight hotel/guesthouse at Leh.

Day 03 :  Free  day in Leh

Today you will have  half a day rest and then afternoon drive to Shey, Thiksey and Stok royal museum for have glimpse of ancient Ladakh. Overnight hotel/guesthouse at Leh.

Day 04  : Nubra Valley via the World’s highest motorable road 18380fts -134kms

After breakfast drive to the World’s highest motorable road “Kharzongla Pass” 18380fts, which take you to Nubra Valley- the Valley of flowers, as it is means. It has the most beautiful landscape, the tiny villages, ruff road and exciting path are memorable for a life time. Bectrian  camel and sand dune will give you a surprise in your mind and think of ancient silkd route trade to different part of the world. A Natural hot spring will also nicer to experience. Overnight guesthose/hotel at Hunder.

Day 05 : Nubra Valley – Leh

After a leisure breakfast drive back to Leh via the same route, taking a sweet memories and  leave only footprints behind. Overnight hotel/guesthouse at Leh.

Day 06 : Leh-Zinchen-Rumbak Trek

After an early breakfast drive to  hour to Zinchen and then start hiking to Rumbak for 2-3Hrs. a gradual hiking and few stream crossing will take you to the Rumbak village. You have enter in the Hemis National Park, where you may spot for Snow Leopard, blue sheep and different wildlife. Overnight in a camp/ Homestays ar Rumbak village, the first village for Homestays within Hemis National Park (HNP).

Day 07 : Rumabk to Shingo via Ghandhala pass 4900mts.

After breakfast trek from Rumbak village , enroute to Yurutse, a hamlet within Hemis National Park and trek to Shingo village crossing Ghandhala pass, You may spot Tibetan Argali, the biggest Sheep. Overnight camp/Homestays at Shingo village.

Day 08: Shingo village to Chilling via Zanskar river-Leh

Trek from Shingo to Chilling via Kokila pass, crossing the Zanskar river through cable car and then drive back to Leh.

Day 09 : Pangong lake drive

After breakfast  you will be driving to the most beautiful crystal  clear, often changing color lake of high altitude area, the Pangong lake, next to the China border through Changla pass. Accommodations next to  this lake side give you chance to spend  in peace, serenity and unforgettable memories of sunset and sun arise early morning at this  no man land! Overnight stay at camp next to the lake. 

Day 10 : Lake to Leh.

Drive back to Leh from the same route to Leh & reach to Leh  in the eveningWe shall  leave anything except your footprint and take away only the memories!

Day 11 : Leh to Kargil via Alchi-Lamayuru.

Early breakfast drive to Kargil visiting via Alchi, the famous fresco painting of 11th Century and then drive further to visit  the Lamayuru, Moonland area around here. On the way, you will also see the confluence of Indus & Zanskar rivers, magnetic hills etc. Overnight stay at Maitreya Guesthouse/camp  at Mulbekh, a peaceful Buddhist village in Kargil.

Day 12 : Kargil to Srinagar Drop

Drive early morning, leave Kargil town and reach to  Sonamarg Enroute  Drass which has become famous as the second coldest inhabited place in the world by virtue of the intense cold that descends upon the valley along with repeated snowfall during winter. Winter temperature is sometimes known to plummet to less than 40 degree Celsius. Have a magnificent view of Kargil war Famous Peaks (Tiger Hill, Tololing) & visit Vijay Smarak and pay your tribute to soldiers who laid their lives and then cross the Srinagar to Leh geatway “Zojila Pass, remain closed for 6-7months in a year. After passing through Sonamarg (Known As Meadow of Gold). Have your hot lunch at this place and spent some time here.Drive further to Srinagar and transfer to houseboat/Hotel in Srinagar.
